Video and photos of your real centre

Your rooms, your educators and your families, filmed by a small crew that knows how a centre runs. Families get to know you before they ever book a tour, and the people they meet match what they saw.

"One of the biggest qualities you have is the research you do beforehand, just getting to know the community the centre's in and the needs and wants of the families in that community. Your videos are very specific depending on what community you're in." Carly Catterall, General Manager, Operations, The Eltham College Foundation

How it runs

One quiet morning, not a disruption

  1. A short call. What you want families to see, and who's comfortable on camera.
  2. The paperwork, done for you. Risk assessment, consent forms and a letter to your parents, before the day.
  3. Filming. A two-person crew with current Working with Children Checks, working around sleep times, meals and ratios.
  4. Your review. You see a draft and tell us what to change.
  5. Delivery. Files sized for your website, socials and Google, with captions written.
"I was quite apprehensive because in the past we've had photographers come through and it's just been an intrusive experience. I said, okay, we'll give it a go. And it was the best decision ever." Jenn, Centre Director, Kids on Collins

The question every director asks

Could we just film it on a phone?

For day-to-day posts, yes, and we encourage it between shoots. What a phone can't easily do is carry your first impression, when a family is comparing your centre with four others late at night. And staff filming children on personal devices raises exactly the consent and image-handling questions centres are being asked about.

A general videographer will make you a good-looking video. What we add is the childcare part: the consent paperwork, a plan for what the video has to do, and what happens to the enquiries it brings in. That's the enquiries side.

Before you brief a shoot: what makes a great childcare video, and safety and trust videos for early learning services. We film across Melbourne and Australia-wide.
