Show families around before they visit
A two to three minute tour of your centre, led by you and filmed the way a parent would walk it. It goes on your website and Google listing, and to every family who couldn't make it in.

A tour families can take at 9pm
The tour film
Two to three minutes of your rooms, garden and routines, with captions, music and your logo. Sized for your website, YouTube and Google.
Short clips
Two or three short cuts from the same footage for Instagram and Facebook, captioned and ready to post. No extra filming day.
The paperwork
A risk assessment and a letter for your parents, prepared and sent to you before filming day.
A round of changes
You review a draft, we make your changes, and the final files arrive within two weeks of filming.
How it runs: a short planning call about what families ask to see, half a day of filming with you leading the walk, a draft to review, then the finished film.
A tour piece we made for a centre in Melbourne's CBD.
"The way you drew out the stories we wanted to tell, never forced, always natural. We felt completely confident in your hands." Morgan A. Fitzpatrick, CEO, Koorana Child and Family Services

What directors ask us
Do we need parent consent to film a walkthrough?
No. A walkthrough shows your spaces and your educators, with no identifiable children in frame, so there are no individual consent forms to collect. We still send you a risk assessment and a parent letter before the day.
Can we put the video on our Google listing?
Yes, and it's one of the best places for it. We deliver a version sized for Google, so families see inside your centre before they've opened your website.
What if we want children in the video?
We can include children whose parents have given permission. That usually happens in parent testimonial films and educator spotlights, which we can film on the same day.
Often filmed on the same visit: photography and social clips. Worth a read: telling your story without showing faces.
