One library for everything
30 to 40 edited photos
An online gallery within a week, with full-size files for print and smaller versions for the web, socials and Google.
Your spaces
Every room and outdoor area at its best: the cloakroom, the art corner, the garden, the kitchen.
Your team
Headshots and candid portraits of your educators at work, to replace phone photos on your team page.
Children at play
Children learning and playing as they normally do, photographed only with their parents' written consent.
How it runs: we plan which spaces and people matter most, prepare the consent letters for you to send, then Arek photographs the centre over half a day in natural light. No staged scenes.
"One of the biggest qualities you have is the research you do beforehand, just getting to know the community the centre's in and the needs and wants of the families in that community." Carly Catterall, General Manager, Operations, The Eltham College Foundation

What directors ask us
Do we need parent consent for the photos?
Yes, for any photo that shows a child's face, and we prepare the forms and the letter to parents. Plenty of the library needs no consent at all: your rooms, your garden and your team.
How long does the shoot take?
Usually half a day, depending on how many rooms and outdoor areas you have. We work around your routines, so no session is interrupted.
Can we combine photos with a video shoot?
Yes, and we usually recommend it. One visit means one round of consent forms and one day of disruption, and you get video and stills from the same day.
The moving version: a centre tour video. A director on what the shoot was like: photography that doesn't disrupt the room.
