Help the right educators choose you
A short film about what it's actually like to work at your centre, for your job ads, careers page and LinkedIn. Qualified educators have choices, and most childcare job ads read the same.

Your workplace, shown honestly
A culture film
Two to three minutes on who you are as an employer, what your team values and what a working day feels like.
Team clips
Short, unscripted clips of your educators on why they chose you and what they'd tell someone thinking of applying.
A version for every job board
Sized for Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn and Facebook job ads, so you make it once and use it everywhere.
The paperwork
Staff release forms and a risk assessment, prepared before the day. Your team approves its own footage.
How it runs: a conversation about why your best educators stay, prompts for each person on camera, half a day of filming around care, and the files ready for your next job ad.
A film we made to recruit students into early childhood education, for Foundation Learning Centre's Certificate III course.
"Knowing all of the compliance aspects of what comes with early education and care, having your knowledge and putting all of that into practice on our behalf has just been so seamless. We wouldn't get that from anywhere else." Carly Catterall, General Manager, Operations, The Eltham College Foundation

What directors ask us
Does a recruitment video show children?
It doesn't need to. The film is about your team and your workplace, so it can be made with no children on screen and no parent consent process. If children appear in the background, we collect blanket consent first.
How is it different from educator spotlights?
Spotlights are made for families, to show who will care for their child. A recruitment film is made for educators, to show what it's like to work with you. The filming is similar; the questions and the edit are different.
Can we film it with our other videos?
Yes. One production day can cover a tour video, educator spotlights and recruitment footage, which is the least disruption for your team.
Made for families instead: educator spotlights. More reading: building an employer brand for your centre.
