Completed consent forms for children who appear in footage

We do not collect sensitive health, financial, or unrelated personal data.

How We Use It

We collect personal information only when necessary to:

Create video content for early education centres
Share approved footage on centre and EEVA platforms (e.g. websites, social media, enrolment packs)
Communicate with staff and parents about filming logistics

We will only use content where written consent has been provided.

How We Get Consent

Consent is always obtained in writing from a parent or legal guardian before any identifiable child appears in footage. We:

Provide clear explanation of how footage will be used
Offer families a chance to opt out entirely
Respect all withdrawal requests made before final publication

How We Store and Protect Information

We take data security seriously. We:

Store footage and consent forms in secure, password-protected systems
Limit access to authorised EEVA team members and editors only
Use cloud platforms with strong privacy protections
Delete raw footage once the project is complete, or after an agreed retention period

Who We Share With

We may share footage and basic contact information with:

The client (your centre or provider)
Editors working on your video (under confidentiality obligations)

We will never sell or share your information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Access and Updates

You have the right to:

Ask what information we have about you or your child
Request access to a copy of your data
Ask us to update or delete your information
