Why Story‑Driven Video Works
Picture a parent - let’s call her Sophia - scrolling on her phone at 11pm. That’s her window. The baby’s asleep. She’s got ten minutes to figure out childcare.
She’s comparing five centres.
All look similar on paper: same ratios, similar fees.
Then she finds your video.
She sees happy kids in warm, familiar spaces.
Hears an educator speak clearly about your play-based approach.
Watches a parent talk honestly about how your flexible hours helped them stay afloat at work.
Later, Sophia shows it to her partner.
“This one feels right,” she says.
She books a tour. Brings her child. And the centre feels just as the video promised - safe, welcoming, real. Because that story helped her self-select. She already felt part of the place.
Now imagine that happening every week.
With the right story, you’re not just filling places. You’re attracting the families who align with your values - the ones who stay longer, refer others, and make your community stronger.
That’s what we do.
We help you tell that story - clearly, honestly, and in a way that speaks to the right people.
Ready to find your version of Sophia? Let’s talk.
We Feel You
Wait‑lists are shrinking as new centres open every month.
New services launch weekly and families have more choice, so vacant places linger longer than they used to.
Parents “shop around” online long before they book a tour.
By the time they step inside, they’ve already compared you with three other centres on video and socials.
Time is scarce; marketing is often the first task to slide.
Directors juggle rosters, regulations and parent queries – the camera shouldn’t add stress.
Filming feels risky: consent, WWCC, child‑safe standards, state permits.
One slip in paperwork or privacy can undo years of community trust.
Our Work
Felicity is a working parent in Melbourne’s CBD. In this testimonial, she shares what it means to have childcare just across the road from her office - and how that changes the shape of her day. From tram rides together in the morning to quiet check-ins on her lunch break, the video captures the little things that make a big difference.
Her story is honest and relatable, showing how Kids on Collins helps her stay close to her son while keeping her career moving.
How it works
A five‑step process that keeps things simple
A warm 15‑minute chat, or a quick slot in your board or committee meeting- to unpack goals, audience insights and compliance needs. We follow with light research on your community and competitors so we know exactly what story will resonate.
We handle scheduling, risk assessments and consent notes, and give you parent‑ready comms so everyone knows what to expect. Shot lists and timings are built around sleep, meals and ratios.
A two‑person, WWCC‑cleared crew arrives with minimal gear, blending into routines while capturing authentic moments. Educators stay in charge; children stay settled.
Our editors craft the narrative, captions and music. You review drafts in a secure portal with time‑stamped comments for easy tweaks.
We deliver web‑optimised files, thumbnails and suggested copy, then check back after launch to tweak cuts or create extra social clips if needed.
Across all your channels, scroll‑stopping visuals in the same shoot.
While the cameras are rolling we also capture high‑res photographs—hero images, staff headshots and candid classroom moments—ready for website banners, prospectus pages and parent newsletters.
Need social content? We carve out 9:16 reels, square carousels and bite‑sized tips, then package them with captions and thumbnail graphics so your marketing team can post in seconds.

Our Work
We created this fundraising video for Koorana Child & Family Services to bring their inclusive preschool model to life. It features the voice of their CEO alongside real stories from families they’ve supported.
Originally made for a live event, it was built to have a longer shelf life - something Koorana could keep using to show what inclusion really looks like in practice. Honest, thoughtful, and visually engaging, it helps people understand the impact of their work and why it matters for children of all abilities.

Meet Our Founder
I’m Arek Rainczuk. Dad. Kindergarten president. Often the one in the felt hat quietly coordinating things behind the scenes.
These days, I lead EEVA - a video service purpose-built for early education. I don't hold the camera, but I direct every shoot to make sure it's calm, safe and tells the right story.
Before EEVA, I spent years helping brands and creative teams make films that connect. But after stepping into my son's kinder and seeing what happens inside those walls, I knew this sector deserved more than stock footage and generic promo videos.
Now, I work directly with centre directors and educators to craft videos that build trust, grow enrolments and show parents what really makes a service special.
I’m part of the sector - not just filming in it. You’ll find me at early childhood events, building relationships and listening to the real challenges providers face. Most of my work comes through word of mouth, and I take that seriously.
If you’re ready to show families what you stand for, I’d love to help.
