Your enrolment engine. Powered by story.
We are not a general marketing agency that dabbles in childcare. EEVA exists to serve early learning centres, kindergartens and preschools across Australia. This is all we do.
Every early learning centre has its story seen by the families who need it most.
Centres do remarkable work. Most of that work is invisible to prospective families. The warmth, the learning, the care. It is all there. But online, centres look the same.
EEVA exists to close that gap, so the right families find the right centres, and educators can focus on the children in front of them.

We help early learning centres attract the right families through story-driven video, photography, and marketing automation, all built around the compliance and care the sector demands.

After a decade photographing families with young children and five years in video production, becoming a father gave me a sector. I already knew this market. I had spent years working with the parents who were now choosing childcare centres.
Joining the kindergarten committee as a parent, I saw the disconnect first-hand. Centres with beautiful cultures had websites and socials that told a completely different story. Families were making decisions based on incomplete information.
I founded EEVA to fix that. One sector. One focus. Everything we build is designed to help the right families find the right centre.
I am Arek Rainczuk. Father to Mayan. I spent three years on the committee at his community kindergarten, two of those as president. He is at prep now, but I have stayed on as a general member, keeping my finger on the pulse of what families care about and how centres work behind the scenes.
I work exclusively with childcare centres, kindergartens and early learning providers. I direct every project personally. WWCC-cleared. $10 million public liability insured.
My background in molecular biology taught me to think analytically. My years in filmmaking taught me to tell stories. EEVA brings both to your centre.
I am part of this sector, not just filming in it. You will find me at early childhood events, in committee meetings and on the school run. If you are ready to show families what makes your centre different, let us talk.

Every person on this team is a parent. Most of our children are in childcare or kinder right now.

Arek founded EEVA and directs every project personally. He is on location for every shoot, handling strategy, photography, and creative direction. His son Mayan started prep this year. Before that, Arek spent three years on the parents' committee at their community kindergarten, two as president. A background in molecular biology and ten years photographing young families taught him to look for the real moment, not the posed one.

Sam is EEVA's lead videographer, based in Melbourne. He is a father to Zac and Jake. Zac started school this year. Jake started kinder. Sam spends his days capturing the real moments behind the stories centres want to tell, and his evenings tinkering with 3D printers and building things with the boys. Being a dad keeps the work grounded.

Nick edits every EEVA film. He is a father to two young daughters, Sky and Lucy. Lucy is in childcare right now, and every afternoon pickup reminds him how much care goes into what centres do. That connection shapes the work. When he is not in the edit suite, he is usually at the beach with the girls.

Jem builds and maintains the systems that keep enquiries moving, from the moment a family finds a centre online to the tour booking and follow-up. He holds a Bachelor's in Education and has spent years helping learning centres automate their processes and strengthen their marketing systems. He is a father to Brea, who just turned one and keeps life full of energy. Based in the Philippines, working remotely as part of the EEVA team.
Every on-site crew member holds a current Working With Children Check and is covered by $10 million public liability insurance.
Why EEVA, Not a General Agency?
We only work with early childhood education. No restaurants, no gyms, no dental clinics. We understand your regulations, your families and your world without a learning curve.
WWCC-cleared crews, child-safe policies, consent workflows and risk assessments are part of every engagement. Not an afterthought. See the full details below.
Strategic video production and a full enrolment automation platform. The only partner in the sector that offers both.
Our goal is quality of enrolment outcomes, not quantity of enquiries. We help centres attract families who belong.
From planning to filming to launch to automated follow-up. No admin load on your team.
Small team. Arek directs every project personally. Centres regularly say: "We hired you because we trusted you."
Every engagement follows this framework. No exceptions.
Child-safe filming protocol
Every shoot is scheduled with the centre director to protect ratios and routines. A centre staff member accompanies our crew at all times. All equipment is secured and evacuation routes stay clear to meet National Quality Standard requirements.
Consent workflow
Plain-English forms specify the project name, filming dates and intended use of footage. Only children with signed consent appear in an identifiable way. Parents may withdraw consent at any time before publication.
Privacy and data storage
Raw footage is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is limited to authorised editors under confidentiality agreements. Project files are stored securely and deleted after the agreed retention period. Any subsequent use requires fresh written approval.
Working With Children compliance
Every crew member holds a current Working With Children Check (VIC/NSW) or Blue Card (QLD), verified before arrival. For interstate shoots we obtain the relevant clearance to meet each state's legal standard.
Our promise
EEVA puts children's safety, privacy and dignity first. We work only with cleared crew, film with informed parental consent, protect every frame of footage, and meet or exceed VIC, NSW and QLD child-safety requirements on every project.
You can request our full compliance pack, including risk assessment templates, parent communication letters, child-safe policy and data-handling guidelines, before any engagement.
