Introducing EEVA - Early Education Video Agency
Real stories. Right-fit families. Video made for early learning.
How a parent-turned-director is helping centres grow enrolments and build lasting trust.
Where it started
Before EEVA, I spent over a decade behind the lens photographing families. I was helping people celebrate what they loved most in the world, while also hearing about the realities of their lives — the juggle of work, the strain of care arrangements, and the search for childcare that truly fit. Alongside the quiet, meaningful moments — the routines, the laughter, the deep care — I also heard the stress and uncertainty that came with them.
When my son was born, I was suddenly living the same questions so many parents face. We were on waiting lists. We toured centres. We were trying to figure out where he’d feel safe, happy and seen.
Eventually we found a place, a small community kindergarten, and I joined the committee soon after. What started as helping out quickly grew into three years of deep involvement. I worked alongside the team to update systems, support enrolment growth, and lift the centre’s operations to a new standard. We doubled intake. But more than that, we built something strong and sustainable.
That time gave me a rare perspective. I know what it feels like to be the parent making the choice, and I know what it’s like to be the provider carrying the weight of enrolment, staff wellbeing, and community trust.
At the same time, I’d been directing commercial films for organisations across tech, health, design and finance. These sectors have long understood the value of video as a strategic tool. But early learning? Still largely invisible.
That’s why I started EEVA. To give centres the same storytelling tools other industries have used for years. Not to polish the surface, but to show the heart. Not to sell, but to connect. Because when families feel who you are before they even walk through the door, everything changes.
What makes EEVA different
1. One niche. One focus.
We work exclusively with early learning providers. That means our entire approach — from shot lists to interview prompts — is shaped for your audience. Not to win awards. Just to help families feel what makes you different.
2. Compliance is built in.
We handle all the risk assessments, digital consent forms, WWCC checks and child-safe documentation so you don’t have to. You get professional-quality video without the compliance burden.
3. Story before sparkle.
Drone shots are nice, but they don’t build trust. Parents connect with warm greetings, confident educators and everyday care. We capture those real moments — the ones that help families say, “This feels like us.”
4. Low-impact filming.
We keep things small. Two crew members. Quiet gear. A run sheet planned around naps, mealtimes and ratios. Classrooms stay calm. Educators stay in charge.

What we offer
Every centre is different, but the goals are often the same — to attract the right families, support educators, and show the care that happens every day.
For single-site centres, we usually start with a flagship video that tells your story in under three minutes, paired with short social clips to help you reach families online.
If you’re managing multiple locations, we scale that same story structure across your network, building consistency while keeping each site’s identity intact.
We also create day-in-the-life films for educators and onboarding videos that help new staff feel welcome before they even start.
Need help staying visible year-round? We can capture stills during filming and deliver ready-to-post reels, carousels and photo content — all neatly on-brand and easy to use.
